The Amira is a 1933 Motor Yacht designed by architect O.M. Watts. It is classified as a BIP (monument of heritage interest). Its robust structure consists of 3 levels of decks and has 40 planks. This boat, with a rich history, reportedly participated in Operation DYNAMO at Dunkirk in 1940 for the evacuation of British troops. It has undergone several refits since its construction, and a significant portion of its history is available upon request. Since 2018, the hull has received a complete stripping over 2/3 of its length, the engine has been removed, as well as the water tanks. Frames and beams have been replaced, and the frames have been steamed and riveted with copper rivets. The Amira sails each year with its owners for cruises combining comfort and the charm of classic boats. It has a mooring place. Visits are possible every day by appointment.
