Ketch Gallian 13, designed by Herbulot at the Carenes shipyard.
This boat underwent a complete refit in 2020 in preparation for a world tour that unfortunately could not be completed by the current owner.
The two engines have been replaced with 2 new VOLVO PENTA D2 50 HP, and the shipyard has done an enormous job replacing all the propulsion systems, the shafts, the steering gear, the tanks, the rudder bearings, the hydraulic system, and much more.
Additionally, the electricity and electronics have been fully refurbished. Complete invoice file available. More than €90,000 expert report upon request.

A transom has been added, bringing the boat's length to 14.90 meters.
The hull is made of epoxy plywood, as is the transom, which is fully integrated into the hull since it is supported by the frames and stringers.
It is equipped for ocean travel with 4 solar panels of 50 watts each and a 400-watt Air Breeze wind turbine: together they power the 600 ampere service batteries. The boat is electrically autonomous. All lighting is composed of LED bulbs.
1 side cabin with a large berth for 2 people, a wardrobe. It is located in the center of the boat.

2 berths in the starboard corridor, with the upper berth convertible into a double berth.
1 bathroom (sink, shower and WC with black water tank) accessible from the forward cabin and the owner's cabin.
1 angled saloon on the port side that comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
1 long kitchen equipped with a 2-burner stove with oven, two large refrigerators, a sink with drainer, and work surface.
1 spacious helm position protected by a rigid canopy extended by a bimini on an inox tube frame.
A large table with benches under which there are spacious storage lockers. This forms a real living space, both at sea and at anchor, facilitated by easy movement and almost level (2 steps between the helm and the interior).
1 large back transom and swim ladder facilitating swimming and boarding at anchor.
It is equipped with davits: ketch with a mizzen sail on roller, a mainsail equipped with three reefs with a rigid downhaul, a genoa on roller, and a removable stay. The sail inventory includes a reefable jib, a storm jib, a trysail, with rigging for 2 symmetrical spinnakers (one light and one heavy) and one asymmetrical spinnaker with its socks.
