DESCRIPTION:

Spacious and bright saloon with a corner bench on the port side in beige alcantara, wooden table, desk.
Downstairs kitchen, 4-seat dinette, convertible into double berth. Cooking plate, 2 gas burners, 1 induction hob. 12-volt refrigerator. 1-basin sink, mixer tap for hot and cold water. 4 lockers, furniture with 3 large drawers, 2 cupboards, 1 cutlery drawer, 1 large drawer.
At the front, a double cabin with 2 separate berths, 4 lockers, and 2 wardrobes.

Towards the back, a corridor leading to the shower-room, toilet cabinet and WC, a large wardrobe, and the spacious aft cabin.
The bathroom has a stainless steel shower tray, clean ceramic sink, in good condition. WC, macerator on fresh water. White ceramic tiles on the walls, in good condition.

The aft cabin is bright, featuring a double bed and 1 cupboard and 1 desk, 2 closed lockers.
The engine compartment is independent, accessible from the saloon through a set of double insulated hatches.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE CONDITION:
Overall condition above standard considering the age of the boat. All sleeping areas are covered with protective fabric. Everything is clean and in good condition.

FLOORS CONDITION:

Hard to access. Dry and clean. Visible traces of water presence for some time, needs maintenance.
