The owner is selling this boat due to dual employment. A former engineer and chief marine mechanic, the owner performs the maintenance of his boat himself according to professional standards.
Everything is in perfect condition and functional, the anti-fouling was done at the end of June 2023 and the 10 anodes have been changed, the interior is clean, unobtrusive, everything is functional. There is only one helm station on the flybridge. With a height of 3.50 m with the bimini up and 2.50 m once lowered and with the windscreen removed, it passes to 2.50 m and the majority of rivers and canals are accessible to it.
The mooring place can be taken over. The annual cost in 2023 is €580 including water and electricity.
